Pole & Hole T-Shirt Size Guide
Our tees are printed on two premium blanks depending on colorway — the Bella+Canvas 3001 (most colors) and the Gildan 64000 Softstyle (select dark and heather colors like black, navy, and charcoal). Both are unisex and fit similarly.
About the Fit
These are unisex tees with a classic, relaxed cut — not boxy, but with comfortable room through the chest and body. They're not slim-fit. If you prefer a snug, body-skimming look, size down. If you like a relaxed or oversized feel, stay true to size or size up.

How to Measure Yourself
- Chest: Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level and snug but not tight.
- Compare: Double the "Chest (laid flat)" number and match it to your chest circumference.

- Tumble dry low
- Do not bleach
- Iron on low if needed — avoid printing area
